Independent JD Edwards HR/Payroll Consultant

Our firm, iAM HCM Consulting, is seeking to build a network of JD Edwards HR/Payroll consultants. These positions are for CONTRACTOR roles and are fully remote. Role Description While each project varies, candidates could be responsible for providing support for tasks such as new implementations, upgrades, migrations, and ad hoc customer support for the JD Edwards HCM modules (HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time & Labor) and functionality. Candidates will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and clients to gather user requirements for their tasks including implementations, trainings and troubleshooting of JD Edwards HR/Payroll. Qualifications • MUST HAVE 10+ years of experience in the Oracle JD Edwards HCM (Payroll, HR, Benefits, Time & Labor) software • Preferably at least 2 years of implementation experience in Oracle JD Edwards • Must LOVE caring for and helping people, because that’s paramount about who we are as a firm • Demonstrated expertise in HR/Payroll business processes • Excellent understanding project management practices • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders • Prior experience in working remotely and collaborating with remote teams • Prior experience in working as a consultant is preferred • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field strongly preferred, but not mandatory • Must pass our JDE Exam iAM HCM Consulting is an equal-opportunity employer.
