Job Description Job Description: Remote 1099 Full desk Recruiter- Paid per hire Company: Fox Staffing Network Location: Remote Compensation: Commission Only – Earn 50% of Gross Placement Fees (Uncapped – average fee: $15K–$25K) Overview: Fox Staffing Network is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial recruiters to join our remote team as independent contractors (1099). This is 100% commission-based opportunity ideal for recruiters who want flexibility, high earning potential, and full ownership over their work. • You’ll work full-cycle bringing on both new clients and candidates. Be rewarded with tool access after performance milestones, and a streamlined infrastructure to help you succeed without micromanagement. What You’ll Do: ·Identify and engage client companies with hiring needs ·Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates for open roles ·Manage the entire recruitment process from intake to placement ·Maintain accurate tracking of leads, pipelines, and placements ·Collaborate in our community and join optional weekly Q&A calls ·You will not conduct interviews or hiring. Leadership will handle all final screening, credential checks, and client communications. The Recruiter shall be engaged as an independent contractor, not as an employee of the Company. The Recruiter will not be entitled to any employee benefits, including health insurance, paid time off, or retirement benefits.
