Responsibilities • Engage with clients to understand their travel needs and preferences. • Provide expert advice on travel destinations, accommodations, and activities. • Create customized travel itineraries that meet client expectations. • Handle all aspects of travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. • Maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service. • Stay updated on industry trends, promotions, and new destinations to offer clients the best options. • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure seamless travel experiences. Experience • Proven experience in customer service is essential; background in sales is highly desirable. • Familiarity with travel planning processes and hospitality industry standards. • Previous experience in hotel operations or related fields is a plus. • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
