Individual Registered Agent - Local law firms or accountants based in Texas - Contract to Hire

We are looking for an individual to act as my Registered Agent and assist with setting up and maintaining a LLC in Texas Responsibilities Serve as the official Registered Agent for LLC — maintain a physical address in Texas to receive legal and government documents during normal business hours Receive, forward, and scan important mail promptly Prepare and file the Articles of Organization with the Texas Secretary of State Help obtain an EIN from the IRS if needed Assist with basic compliance reminders (e.g., annual report deadlines) Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents securely Requirements Must be a resident physically located in Texas with a real street address (P.O. Boxes do not qualify) Experience as a Registered Agent or with LLC formation preferred Strong communication skills and quick response time. Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
