I’m looking for: • A brilliant influencer manager + social media scheduler who gets the nuance of viral content. • Someone who lives and breathes social media trends and knows how to position posts utilizing my threads posts that have done • Have video editing skills and you know what hooks an audience before they do. • You understand the life of a mom, maybe because you are one. Our audience is moms, and you understand what resonates, relates, entertains, and drives them. • A super-organized, systems-loving person who can help my ADHD brain stay focused and free to create. • You are willing to be my marketing right hand and help to my shitshow into an organized machine • You make things flow. From managing influencer collaborations through the influencer management platform: Amplifi, to scheduling my posts across multiple channels, you keep our content calendars flowing and on point. What you’ll be doing: ✅ Manage and track influencer partnerships (we use influencer management site: Amplifi ✅ Schedule content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Youtube and Threads - multiple channels, multiple vibes, no drops. Utilizing Content360 ✅ Help shape captions, hooks, and posts that stop the scroll and create connections. ✅ Keep Airtable content Blogs, keywords, successful hooks and captions systems up-to-date and organized (bonus points if you’re an Airtable ninja ). ✅ Marketing admin tasks - think anything that helps free up my creative energy and time from handling admiistrative marketing tasks ✅ Keep our brand voice consistent, fun, and fresh (especially for our high-society mamas!) You’ll thrive if you: Are fluent in English (and fluent in emoji, memes, and reels trends). I use Claude for content writing and have a good tone of voice that can be used for content Are detail-obsessed and love organizing creatives so they can focus on big ideas.
