Fabletics is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator to support their paid influencer program. The role involves talent sourcing, influencer relationship management, program execution, and collaboration with marketing teams to enhance the influencer program's success and performance. Responsibilities - Identify and engage on-brand influencers to expand and optimize our influencer program - Oversee day-to-day communication with influencer and agency partners, ensuring prompt and effective responses to all inquiries and requests - Review and approve influencer content, ensuring it aligns seamlessly with our brand guidelines - Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer campaigns, providing detailed reports and insights - Ensure the timely and accurate processing of payments to influencers - Collaborate with various teams, including marketing, social media, paid media, and creative, to ensure the strategic and cohesive utilization of influencer content - Assist internal teams with influencer-related projects and initiatives - Partner with the Sr. Manager, Influencer Marketing to create content lookbooks and directional collateral, helping influencers fulfill their contractual obligations - Share creative content ideas and inspiration with internal teams and partners to enhance our campaigns - Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, gathering key insights to strengthen our partnership programs Skills - Bachelor's degree; emphasis in communications, marketing or public relations preferred - 1-2 years of full-time experience in PR, marketing or influencer relations and/or 2 years of internship experience - Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills - A positive, high-energy team player who possesses excellent organization and project management skills - Solutions-oriented and flexible, with an ability to work on multiple projects at a time and quickly pivot based on brand needs - Ability to work independently, troubleshoot and work in a fast-moving environment - Strong knowledge of the influencer landscape and understanding of social media platforms - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook - Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation - Experience executing influencer campaigns across social media (i.e. Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) Benefits - Hybrid Work Schedule - Discretionary Paid Time Off - Summer Fridays - Healthcare Plans - Employee Discounts - 401k - Annual Bonus Program - Equity Program Company Overview - Fabletics is an innovative, high-quality athletic wear & accessories line co-founded by Kate Hudson that looks great & fits your budget.
