Job Title: Infor Services/Rental Consultant
Location: Remote (USA)
Duration: 12+ Months Contract
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Infor Services/Rental Consultant to support ongoing implementation and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong functional and/or technical expertise in Infor solutions, specifically within the Services and Rental modules.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, configure, and support Infor Services/Rental modules
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Provide functional solutions and best practice recommendations
Perform system setup, testing, and deployment support
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing production support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical and business users
Assist in integrations and data migration activities if required
Required Skills & Experience:
5+ years of experience working with Infor ERP systems (preferably Infor M3 or similar)
Hands-on experience with Infor Services and/or Rental modules
Strong understanding of business processes in service management and rental operations
Experience in system configuration, implementation, and support
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Infor M3 (CloudSuite preferred)
Technical knowledge (APIs, integrations, or Infor OS) is a plus
Prior experience in remote project delivery
