What We’re Looking For Trillium Health Resources has a career opening for an Informatics Reporting Director to join our team. The Informatics Reporting Director is a technical and administrative position that provides leadership and supervision to the reporting unit within the Informatics Department. The Director understands, evaluates, and delivers a variety of data reporting requirements and needs to the organization to support business improvement and contractual requirements. The Director will demonstrate statistical knowledge leadership, and drive data operations toward automation to support self-service reporting. This position is responsible for the delivery of IT products and prioritizing requests according to changing business needs while ensuring quality services and timely delivery. On a typical day, you might: • Provide oversight and coordination with the collection, evaluation and reporting in all organizational data areas. • Identify necessary data elements for indicators/outcomes and the development of systems to capture, analyze, and deliver data while ensuring validation of data reports and automated system outputs, as needed. • Generate, analyze, and validate reports for the purpose of identifying trends/patterns in data and concerns with agency performance. • Maintain a schedule of reporting and distribution of reports to agency staff and internal/external stakeholders as needed and required on an ongoing basis. • Ensure that data from reports is presented in a user-friendly format and made accessible to staff, members, and community stakeholders. For more information, go to: • 401k with 5% employer match & immediate vesting • Public Service Loan Forgiveness Qualifying Employer Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Software Development, Business, Management, Finance, Math, Sciences, Human Services, Healthcare, Accounting, Public Administration, Education, Government, or Law. Preferred Education: Masters or Advanced degree preferred. Experience: Three (3) years’ experience leading Technology and/or Quality Management / Analytics teams and supervision of two (2) or more employees. Preferred Experience: • Demonstrated experience in any of SQL (SSRS, SSIS), R, Python, AI / Machine Learning • Information Programmer / Developer, Information Analyst, or Business Analyst in a highly technical role • Quality Management, NCQA / HEDIS • Government and/or Predictive Analytics • Knowledge of Project Management principles and methodologies. • Demonstrated ability to capture, utilize, and present performance metrics. • Supervision of two (2) or more employees. License/Certification: Must have a valid driver’s license A valid active driver’s license is required to be maintained for this position Preferred License/Certification: Microsoft data / applications certifications (e.g. MTA, MCSA, MCSD), Project Management Professional (PMP), Human Services, CDMP, CIMP, PCMH Certified Content Expert, or equivalent certifications desired. Location: Must reside within the United States.
