Description: Oversee and manage projects across various departments within the organization, providing strong leadership to ensure all activities are executed within the established constraints of time, budget, and quality standards. Gather and prioritize IT requests from the business to develop a structured portfolio of projects and enhancements that align with the strategic objectives of the organization. Conduct IT audits, risk assessments, and security vulnerability evaluations to systematically analyze security risks, issues, and their potential impact on the business. Facilitate the installation of software and provide users with comprehensive instructions on its effective utilization. Create detailed manuals and tutorials for staff and customers on accessing servers, logging into private business networks, and operating new software applications. Address and troubleshoot IT issues encountered by customers, clients, and personnel, ensuring efficient resolution. Maintain thorough records of support inquiries; diligently work to resolve issues while offering clear and informative explanations of the challenges faced. Perform hardware repairs and manage a sufficient inventory of IT-related supplies, including cables, routers, adapters, and other essential equipment required for optimal system performance.
