The Inside Sales Associate is responsible for understanding customer needs and offering appropriate solutions to support account growth. This position follows a defined customer experience methodology and relies on contact center technology to manage a high volume of inbound and outbound interactions while developing sales and service capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Listen to customers to determine needs and resolve issues effectively.
• Use internal systems and technology to perform accurate account management tasks.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and apply sales techniques to grow accounts.
• Explain products and processes clearly to customers to help them make informed decisions.
• Strive for first-call resolution through strong problem-solving and call-handling skills.
• Conduct needs assessments and recommend solutions aligned with customer goals.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships through follow-up and continued support.
• Handle multiple accounts and balance inbound requests with outbound outreach.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
