Responsibilities:
What You’ll Do

• Pound the dialer for 8 hours/day, talking to warm and cold leads
• Turn skeptical sellers into real conversations
• Uncover pain, qualify motivation, and move leads through the pipeline
• Build fast rapport using tone, pace, mirroring, and empathy
• Follow up relentlessly until you get the answer—yes or no
• Work directly with the acquisitions team to push deals to the table
• Own your pipeline and your numbers—no excuses
• Stay late if a deal’s hot. Show up early if your pipeline’s cold.

Qualifications:
What You’ll Earn

• Base salary + Commission ($30,000 + $50,000-$70,000 OTE)
• Top performers track toward management, profit share, and investment ops

• 2–4 signed contracts/month by Month 3
• You track your KPIs and improve them weekly
• You own your pipeline like it’s your name on the company
