Instructional Designer - Kforce Technology Staffing

RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking an Instructional Designer in Plano, TX. Overview: * We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our Learning & Development team * This role will focus on structuring and organizing content into effective learning experiences * While our content developers handle creation and production, the Instructional Designer will ensure material is well-structured, learner-focused, and aligned with business objectives Responsibilities: * Instructional Designer will design and structure learning programs, modules, and courses that drive skill development and knowledge retention * Collaborate with subject matter experts and content developers to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning paths * Apply instructional design best practices to ensure training meets diverse learner needs and styles * As an Instructional Designer, you will develop assessments, learning objectives, and frameworks that measure program effectiveness * Ensure consistency and alignment across learning materials and platforms REQUIREMENTS: * Background in Learning & Development, Education, or Instructional Design * Experience structuring digital learning programs, with preference for candidates familiar with digital marketing topics or industries * Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies * Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
