Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Specialist to join our dynamic team. The Insurance Specialist will work closely with clients to ensure they receive the best coverage options tailored to their individual needs. Duties • Engage in outside sales activities to promote insurance products and services. • Conduct thorough assessments of client needs to recommend appropriate insurance solutions. • Manage sales administration tasks, including maintaining accurate records of client interactions and transactions. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. • Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction. • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance. • Conduct telemarketing efforts to generate leads and expand the client base. • Assist in benefits administration by explaining policy details and coverage options to clients. • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed recommendations. Qualifications • Proven experience in sales, preferably in insurance or related fields such as retail sales or telemarketing. • Strong customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships with clients. • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. • Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales while maintaining a high level of professionalism. • Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus but not required. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
