We’re Hiring: Rock Star Integrator CPA (Part-Time | Remote | PST Hours) Location: Remote (U.S.-based, PST-friendly) Hours: 20-30 hrs/week to start (potential for full-time) Rate: $40–$50/hr depending on experience Hey there — we’re not your average accounting firm. We’re a boutique, cloud-based fractional CFO firm with a fast-growing client base in tech, real estate, and creative businesses. Think modern, lean, remote — but with deep client relationships and hands-on advisory work. Right now, we’re growing organically (and quickly!), and I’m getting to that tipping point where I need a sharp, experienced CPA to step in and help lead the charge. That’s where you come in. Who You Are: • A U.S.-based CPA with an active license • Comfortable working 20–30 hours/week on PST time (with flexibility) • A small business tax expert who loves working directly with clients • A QuickBooks pro — you know the ins and outs, not just the basics • Detail-oriented and hands-on — you're not afraid to roll up your sleeves • A natural problem solver who enjoys leading a small team • People-smart and client-facing — you build trust and bring clarity • Hungry to grow with a firm that’s doing things differently What You'll Do: • Lead and manage U.S. client relationships alongside our offshore team (3 team members in the Philippines) • Own tax prep, planning, and compliance for small business clients • Oversee and guide accounting and cleanup projects in QBO • Help refine systems, workflows, and team communication (Karbon, Keeper, Tax Proconnect) • Be a key contributor in a modern, strategic, all-remote practice Perks & Benefits: • 100% remote – work from anywhere • Flexible hours – results over time clock • Home office reimbursement • Retirement plan with employer match • Join a fun, innovative team doing meaningful work This isn’t your 8–5 traditional CPA shop.
