Interim Billing Operations (Transformation leader)

About the position Responsibilities • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across billing and revenue operations • Oversee day-to-day billing operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness • Lead revenue assurance efforts and support ongoing clean-up initiatives • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local billing regulations • Develop and coach the billing team to adopt new systems and best practices • Collaborate with leadership to present insights and recommendations for scalable improvements • Support technology integrations and billing system upgrades Requirements • 8+ years of experience in billing operations, revenue operations, or related areas in a tech or software environment • Proven experience leading transformation and process improvement in billing/revenue operations • Hands-on expertise with billing systems; SFDC CPQ and RevPro/RevRight experience is a plus • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a hands-on, operational mindset Benefits • Discretionary bonuses Apply tot his job
