Your future role at a glance: Location: Remote Department: Internal Communications Support Team Schedule: Full time (8am-5pm CST) Salary: $93,857.00 - $126,983.00 per year Eligible for an annual bonus incentive #LI-Remote How you'll make an impact in this role: • Drive the implementation of comprehensive internal change communication strategies for a primarily deskless workforce to support enterprise-wide change initiatives, serving as a trusted communications advisor to stakeholders throughout all levels of the organization • Collaborate closely with external consultants, agencies and internal communications teams to develop and deliver coordinated messaging and campaigns • Actively participate in frequent stakeholder and project meetings, balancing multiple priorities and adapting to rapidly shifting demands in an extremely fast-paced, remote-based environment • Develop and manage internal communications content, campaigns and events that support operational objectives and reinforce Ascension’s Mission, Vision and Values as a healing ministry of the Catholic Church • Maintain flexible availability, including the ability to travel domestically on a periodic, as-needed basis What minimum qualifications you'll need: Education: • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
