Open Position: International Recruiter Job Description: Identify qualified candidates for our diverse open requirements. Place job requirements on various job boards. Attract, source and screen candidates using a variety of innovative techniques including social networking and direct sourcing; LinkedIn recruitment experience a must. Proven ability to source and recruit candidates from non‐traditional sources,as well as strong e‐recruitment searching skills. Responsible for screening the candidates to ensure their skills and qualifications meet open positions. Must be able to handle multiple requirements Conduct technical screening, reference checks and background checks. Present job opportunities to qualified candidates and negotiate the terms. Must have excellent English written and oral communication skills. Exposure to the healthcare, pharma and technology industries. Work in the North American time zone. Good sub‐vendor management skills.
