Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) - K-12 Location: Greenwood Village, CO Dates: ASAP - May 2026 Full Time Position Overview: We're partnering with a welcoming school district in Greenwood Village, CO to hire a dedicated Sign Language Interpreter (SLI) for the 2025-26 school year. In this role, you'll work directly with Deaf and Hard of Hearing students, ensuring they have full access to classroom learning and school experiences. This is your chance to make a direct impact in a student's day-to-day educational journey, while being supported by a collaborative and inclusive school team. Details: • Full Time: 32.5 hours/week • Duration: ASAP - May 2026 • Caseload: K-12 Special and General Education Students • Onsite but open to virtual candidates Key Responsibilities: • Interpret spoken language into American Sign Language (ASL) and vice versa during instruction and school activities • Support communication between students, staff, and peers • Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, and service providers • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professionalism at all times • Foster a welcoming and accessible learning environment for all students Requirements: • Bachelor's Degree in Sign Language Interpretation or Related Subject • EIPA score of 3.5 or Higher • or RID Certification with School Based Experience • Proficiency in ASL and educational interpreting practices • Previous experience working in a school based setting preferred Why Join Us? • Weekly direct deposit • Health, vision and dental insurance packages • access to a diverse advisory team dedicated to your success How To Apply: If you're interested, apply now by submitting your updated resume.
