Inventory Controller - Full-Time Overnight Position

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Inventory Controller to manage our current inventory and ensure seamless order fulfillment. Job Overview: Competitive salary: $18.00 starting base pay rate, with potential for shift, skill, and team lead pay differentials Remote work option not available, onsite position required Immediate start date available Full-time overnight position: Sunday - Wednesday, 6:00 pm - 4:30 am Comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development Responsibilities: Conduct inventory counts and update computer systems to ensure accurate quantity on hand Utilize inventory control reports to maintain inventory records and resolve discrepancies Act as a liaison between departments to support order fulfillment and resolve customer inquiries Investigate and resolve inventory exceptions, customer complaints, and shipment errors Pick and package products for orders and supplier returns, ensuring high-quality standards Analyze physical inventory records and confer with team members to resolve reported discrepancies Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required Basic computer navigation and typing skills, with experience in WM software (Manhattan and KiSoft) preferred Previous cycle count or exceptions experience highly preferred Ability to read, write, and communicate in English, with excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills Dependable, responsible, and committed to excellence and customer satisfaction What We Offer: Industry-leading benefits package and comprehensive training programs Opportunities for career growth and development in a fast-growing company A sense of community and job security, with a commitment to diversity and inclusion How to Apply: If you're a motivated and skilled professional looking for a new challenge, please submit your application today.
