Role Overview – Why This Position Matters
As the Investigations & Response (I&R) Manager, Customer Trust & Privacy, you will be the strategic bridge between careerzynith’s Product & Engineering teams and our Customer Service organization. You will lead a dedicated privacy‑focused pod, align privacy operations with broader business goals, and translate frontline insights into actionable product innovations. Your work will directly influence how careerzynith protects member data, prevents fraud, and maintains the highest standards of trust across every touchpoint.
This is a senior, people‑management role that blends program leadership, stakeholder partnership, and hands‑on operational execution. You will shape policies, drive cross‑functional projects, and mentor a team of privacy specialists—all while ensuring that careerzynith’s customer‑service agents are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to support new product launches and evolving security requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- I&R Privacy Pod Leadership: Direct and develop a high‑performing pod of individual contributors who handle privacy‑related member inquiries. Set clear objectives, coach team members, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Privacy Operations Alignment: Partner with the Privacy Operations group to synchronize strategic priorities, ensuring a unified response to privacy challenges and a seamless member experience.
- Strategic Collaboration with Product & Engineering: Work closely with product managers and engineers to prepare Customer Service for upcoming releases, focusing on trust, account security, payments fraud, and privacy considerations.
- Customer Service Insight Delivery: Capture, analyze, and communicate frontline feedback to product teams, influencing roadmap decisions and driving data‑backed innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with senior leaders across Product, Engineering, and Customer Service, balancing competing interests and championing the voice of the member.
- Agent Readiness & Knowledge Management: Own the creation and maintenance of Knowledge Base articles, Help Center content, internal news posts, and notification campaigns that keep agents informed and prepared.
- Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Facilitate seamless cooperation between Customer Service and other departments (e.g., Marketing, Legal, Compliance) to support new initiatives and ensure consistent messaging.
- Forecasting & Resource Planning: Provide data‑driven input on staffing forecasts, anticipating the impact of product changes on support volume and skill requirements.
- Impact Analysis & Risk Mitigation: Conduct thorough analyses of how product updates affect member experience and support operations, recommending mitigations to protect trust.
- Project Management: Lead end‑to‑end project execution for privacy initiatives, product launches, and cross‑functional programs, ensuring timelines, quality, and alignment with careerzynith’s strategic goals.
Essential Qualifications

- Self‑starter who thrives in ambiguous environments, can operate autonomously, and quickly learns new domains.
- Outstanding communication skills—both written and verbal—and the capacity to convey technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
- Full proficiency in careerzynith Suite, careerzynith, careerzynith, and other customer‑service platforms.
