Job Description:
• Support Advisor Teams by delivering exceptional investment services
• Work closely with our Advisor teams, serving as an expert on WEG long short SMA operations, providing guidance, assistance, and recommendations.
• Assist advisors in implementing customized SMA solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Collaborate with Investment Strategy and other internal teams to develop materials and resources that enhance advisor engagement.
• Participate in the creation of presentations for end clients who are looking to participate in Long Short SMA investing
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to help implement long short SMA’s
• Work closely with custodians, managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely execution of SMA strategies.
• Partner with senior team members to support portfolio implementation and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Ensure proper setup and integration within systems to maintain operational integrity.
• Coordinate with third-party managers to facilitate onboarding and servicing of SMA accounts
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiency
• As an subject matter on the broad range of WEG’s advanced investment platform, seek ways to partner and leverage evolving technologies to increase the efficiency of investment operations.
• Partner with business optimization teams on initiatives that improve scalability and reduce operational complexity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional groups to refine processes and leverage technology for greater efficiency.
• Develop creative solutions that reduce administrative burden and encourage adoption of advanced investment solutions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in business, finance or economics, or related
• 3 years of experience in Financial Services with a focus on investment operations
• Knowledge of financial markets and investment operations
• Proven written and verbal (presentation) communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with people at all levels of the organization and clients
• Ability to create quality written presentations and articles for Advisor and client consumption
• Ability to organize and prioritize workflow and projects
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionality
