Associate Architech Qualifications: · Enjoy implementing and supporting solutions for all aspects of a small to mid-sized business’ IT environment · Strong technical trouble-shooting abilities · Ability to “own” a simple or multi-step issue and follow it through to completion · Desire to learn all areas of IT, such as VOIP phone systems, servers, routers, and switches · Strong communication skills; the ability to patiently, and effectively, communicate with non-technical individuals · Interest in working according to the Core Values listed on our website: Accessible, Accountable, Amore-focused, Appreciative, Approachable, Architectural, Aspirational Bonus, but not required: Experience with domain controllers, Office 365, Hyper-V or ESX virtualization, VOIP phone systems, monitoring/RMM software, firewall/router UTM software, automation scripting, thin-client / remote desktop, and hosting.
