Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT administration of expert services, project management, and support to ensure the operational sustainability of critical infrastructure.
- Manage IT labs to align with client application and engineering teams, providing workstations, hardware, and access to test applications.
- Coordinate with professional services to ensure remote communication room infrastructure support and break-fix activities.
- Oversee the management, operation, maintenance, and monitoring of all critical offices infrastructure for data center and remote communication room hardware.
- Develop and implement data center and remote communication room standards for space, power, cooling, and physical layer IT framework.
- Support IT Offices grounds fiber ring to maintain the integrity and service continuity of the Atlanta airport and grounds offices underground fiber ring.
- Recommend and implement departmental policies, guidelines, standards, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all governing corporate standards and guidelines.
- Manage projects related to data center and remote communication room standards capital upgrades, upgrades, and improvements.
- Select IT and basic offices services, ensuring accurate documentation, obtaining best prices for items and services, and ensuring that vendors fulfill their contractual commitments.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- A high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Knowledge of data center technology and basic offices infrastructure.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities within established time limitations.
- Flexibility to support an operation with fluctuating movements, increased hours, and availability for potential emergencies.
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

Preferred Qualifications
