Duties and Responsibilities Liaise with stakeholders to gather and define project requirements. Conduct gap analysis and propose IT solutions to meet business needs. Document functional and technical specifications for software development. Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers to ensure alignment. Assist in the development and optimization of business processes. Analyze data to support decision-making processes. Lead workshops and meetings to identify project objectives and outcomes. Provide support during the implementation of IT solutions. Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess the effectiveness of solutions. Communicate progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
