We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead teams and projects in the technology sector. The ideal candidate will have project management experience, SAP knowledge, strong technical skills, and a proven ability to adapt to dynamic environments. The Project Manager will oversee projects from conception to implementation, ensuring successful delivery in terms of quality, time, and budget.
Experience:
- Proven experience in the technology industry.
- At least 2 years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of SAP, with experience in implementation, integration, or managing SAP-related projects (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from start to finish.
- Manage and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring effective collaboration and team motivation.
- Use agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban to manage projects efficiently (preferred).
- Identify and mitigate project risks, developing appropriate risk management strategies.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, maintaining transparency and clarity.
- Proactively and efficiently resolve problems, maintaining project momentum.
- Demonstrate leadership skills, inspiring others to achieve their goals and meet deadlines.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning, promoting professional development and training within the team.
- Take a strategic approach to align project development and execution with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- SAP knowledge (implementation, integration, or management of SAP-related projects).
- Intermediate English level (mandatory).
- Experience in project management within technology or engineering environments.
- Technical proficiency in areas relevant to the project.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes and evolving priorities.
- Ability to lead teams and motivate team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making ability under pressure.
- Experience in risk management and the ability to anticipate and address potential issues.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to see the big picture.
- Experience in stakeholder management and building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
