IT Recruiter (Part Time, Remote, Experienced only)

Join our team of experts in providing Expert Consulting Services to our State & Local Government Clients Location: Remote Type: Part-Time What You'll Do: • Support the creation and implementation of full-cycle recruiting for NRC roles, including Enterprise Sales, Customer Success, and Consulting. • Source and engage passive talent using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other creative channels. • Coordinate and manage interviews, gather feedback, and support the offer process. • Deliver a consistently high-quality candidate experience. • Communicate regularly with both internal teams and client stakeholders, keeping everyone aligned and informed. • Business to business sales-client contacts are provided • Source and recruit top talent for technical positions • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers • Manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish • Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Requirements: • 3+ Years Corp to Corp sales • 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting • Strong knowledge of technical roles and requirements • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Physical Requirements & Disclaimer: Sedentary work: Exerting up to 5 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
