Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email in Italian, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services. Assist customers with order-related questions, account issues, and general support needs. Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all email interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference. Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and continuity. Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to support processes. Stay informed about the latest product updates and company policies to deliver accurate information to clients. Requirements Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken. Prior experience in email support or customer service roles is highly desirable. Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries efficiently. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment. Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus.
