Japanese Bilingual HR Assistant Manager

A large food manufacturing company in Pomona, CA is seeking an HR Assistant Manager. If you have experience working in an HR role, we want to hear from you! ?Calculate and report temporary staff work hours to the respective temporary staffing agencies. ?Contact temporary staffing agencies, update changes, receive invoices, and reconcile with Excel ?Contacting temporary staffing agencies, updating changes, receiving invoices, and reconciling with Excel. ?Contacts manufacturing teams and manages to ensure necessary shifts are available. ?Managing employee recruitment and on-boarding. ?Recruitment activities and interview arrangements. ?Prepare and manage offer letters and new hire information. ?Planning and conducting new employee orientations. ?Manage and maintain personnel information and accurately input important information on new employees (salary, position, reporting responsibilities, benefit changes, etc.). ?Personnel and labor management ?Development of personnel evaluations, surveys, and exit interviews. ?Familiarity with both local employment laws and company policies to ensure accurate and efficient handling of all events related to the employee experience. ?Develop effective and proactive plans for improving the work environment and strategic choices for employees ?Planning and implementing training and education for employees ?Report payroll to the CPA ?Administer and report on 401K ?Support the HR department in day-to-day operations ?Must be eligible to work in the U.S. ?Experience in Human Resources ?Experience in Human Resources Department ?Good communication skills ?Able to use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) on the job. ????Employment Status Full Time ????Positio HR Assistant Manager ????Language English / Japanese ????Working Hours 8:00am ? 4:35pm or 9:00am ? 5:35pm Monday - Friday 5 days / week ??Salary $27~31 / hour $64K +/- annually ?
