About the position
A rapidly growing Technology company is looking to add an HR Business Partner to support a segment of the company’s employees based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area. This role will provide the full range of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to a segment of the company’s employees (mostly non-exempt) based out of their facility located northeast of the Austin, TX area. It is a hands-on as well as strategic HR role and is a new position due to growth.
Responsibilities
• Provide the full range of HR Business Partner/Employee Relations support to a segment of the company’s employees (mostly non-exempt).
• Handle all sorts of Employee Relations situations from the simple to the complex.
• Use analytics/data to drive HR initiatives.
• Support non-exempt employees.
Requirements
• 7+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience
• Strong Employee Relations experience
• Experience in start-up and/or high-growth, fast-paced environments (i.e., manufacturing, energy, tech, or similar)
• Proactive, solutions-oriented, critical thinking HR professional
• Experience using analytics/data to drive HR initiatives
• Experience supporting non-exempt employees
