Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Analyst II, Ancillary Revenue Data Scientist to join our team at Frontier Airlines. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and revenue optimization through data-driven insights and strategic analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and deliver advanced quantitative analyses and multi-feature models to drive business decisions and actions
- Leverage large datasets, cloud-based technologies, and multiple data sources to identify trends and patterns, and develop predictive models
- Lead the development and industrialization of new scientific products and models, and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive business growth
- Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights into customer behavior, preferences, and needs, and develop targeted marketing strategies
- Develop and maintain code standards, code libraries, and workflows to ensure efficient and effective data analysis and modeling
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the airline industry or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python, MS SQL, and other large data technologies
- Experience with statistical analysis software and data visualization tools
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
