Responsibilities and Duties
As a remote chat brand representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to customers on taylormadegolf.com, ensuring a seamless and personalized shopping experience
- Sharing your passion and expertise for the game and brand, building strong relationships with customers and fostering a sense of community
- Utilizing primarily TaylorMade golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
- Communicating effectively with customers at a professional level, both verbally and in writing
- Familiarity with the TaylorMadeGolf site and any related media/searches, as well as competitor products
- Ability to compare and analyze competitor products, providing customers with informed and unbiased recommendations
- Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and prioritizing tasks effectively
Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
- 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a proven track record of providing expert advice and guidance to customers
- In-depth knowledge of current and past TaylorMade products, as well as similar products from other brands
- Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all TaylorMade products, from enthusiast to pro level
- Able to type at least 35 wpm, with a strong ability to communicate clearly and effectively
