We're looking for an Entry-Level Data Entry Clerk to join our team at Workwarp. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes.
Responsibilities:
- Input data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets with high accuracy and speed
- Update order statuses for customers and verify data for completeness and accuracy
- Compile, verify, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
- Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output
- Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents
- Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure data integrity
- Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations
- Scan documents and print files as needed
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong computer skills, including touch typing and database management tools
- Ability to enter data into a computer quickly and accurately
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Experience working in a data entry role is a plus
