Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop teams through teaching, training, and coaching, ensuring exceptional customer service and store operations
- Drive financial performance and sales growth by analyzing P&L statements, managing expenses, and implementing business solutions
- Provide supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, including hiring, training, and mentoring
- Coordinate and oversee job-related activities, building relationships with key stakeholders and identifying opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, supporting the company's mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
Requirements:
- 2 years of college or 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and Leadership
- Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, with responsibility for performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing
