About the Role: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for a wide range of GTM roles, including sales, marketing, revenue operations, and account management positions Collaborate with ASG's Growth Team to develop and implement effective talent strategies across our portfolio of companies Build strong relationships with key Hiring Managers and stakeholders to ensure seamless recruitment processes Utilize creative sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, to identify and engage high-quality, diverse candidates Drive data-driven decision-making and maintain a high level of efficiency and speed in all recruitment searches Provide exceptional candidate experiences, ensuring a positive and inclusive interaction with our brand Qualifications: 3-6 years of recruiting experience, with at least 2 years of full-cycle recruiting experience Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter and experience sourcing high-volume, qualified candidates Experience hiring for GTM roles, including sales, marketing, and revenue operations, preferred Strong understanding of the SaaS industry and experience working with high-growth startups or private equity firms Demonstrated ability to build rapport with candidates and Hiring Managers, with a track record of successful search management and closure What We Offer: Competitive salary range: $110,000 - $140,000 Comprehensive benefits package, including annual bonus, employer-paid benefits, L&D stipend, and incentive pay Flexible work arrangement: fully remote or hybrid based in ASG's Walnut Creek, CA office 401k matching, medical, dental, and vision coverage, pre-tax benefits, unlimited PTO, and company-sponsored holidays Opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic, PeopleFirst organization Join Our Team!
