Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage quarterly and annual global income tax provision calculations and disclosures, including communication with internal teams and external auditors
• Oversee global income tax compliance and documentation of tax positions, including Pillar II reporting
• Support income tax audits and drive process improvement initiatives
• Analyze and document tax implications related to business initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting/taxation or equivalent
• CPA or equivalent
• 5+ years of related experience
• Strong knowledge of ASC 740, income tax laws, and research skills
• Experience working with tax software, financial reporting tools, and data analytic tools
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
