Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage with guests, providing exceptional customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including floors, tables, windows, and kids' play area
- Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked
- Assist guests with inquiries and requests
- Collaborate with the team to achieve exceptional results
- Adhere to Chick-fil-A standards and policies
- Perform other duties as needed
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Availability to work Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm and/or 5pm-10:30pm
- Reliable, consistent, and punctual
- Positive and cheerful demeanor
- Passionate about serving others and providing exceptional customer service
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
