Job Summary As a Bookkeeper at UniversalGiving, you will be responsible for: Accurately recording and maintaining financial transactions Reconciling QuickBooks and disbursing payments to team members and providers Delivering monthly finance reports, including P&L, P&L YoY, and balance sheet Monitoring variances in the organization's budget and providing insights for improvement Responsibilities In this role, you will: Record and maintain accurate financial records Reconcile QuickBooks and disburse payments to UniversalGiving's team members and providers Deliver monthly finance reports: P&L, P&L YoY, and balance sheet Monitor variances in the organization's budget and provide insights for improvement Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have: Knowledge of QuickBooks and bookkeeping principles Critical attention to detail and organizational skills Proficiency in Google Workspace tools (some training provided) Benefits As a Bookkeeper at UniversalGiving, you will enjoy: Part-time, flexible remote work arrangements Opportunity to work with a diverse, global team representing over 25 cultures Gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit with proven success and a positive attitude Potential for J1, OPT visa facilitation Duration and Location This is a part-time position (5-8 hours per month) with remote work arrangements.
