Job Summary:
We're seeking a motivated and empathetic Customer Experience Associate to join our Member Experience Team. As a key member of our team, you'll conduct high-volume outreach to new and existing members, driving enrollment and program completion rates. This is a full-time remote role, reporting to our Manager of Member Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily outreach via phone, text, and email to engage with members and prospects
- Make over 100 outbound calls per day to connect with members and prospects
- Enroll at least 25% of connected leads into our program
- Ensure at least 25% of connected members take a class within 1 week of engagement outreach
- Maintain a customer satisfaction score of 92% or higher
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, call center customer service, or health coaching
- Effective communication skills, with the ability to empathize with and actively listen to members
- Experience working with CRMs and customer service tools (e.g., Insightly CRM, Zendesk)
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle high-volume work
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly absorb new information
Nice to Have:
- Experience working with older adults, either directly or in a related field
- Background in digital health or a related industry
