Job Description
We're looking for a motivated, disciplined, and empathetic individual to join our real estate acquisitions team. As an Acquisitions Specialist, you'll work with highly motivated leads, making it easier to close deals. Your role will involve:
- Contacting homeowners to understand their situation and offer tailored solutions
- Guiding sellers through the process of selling their property
- Working closely with our team to close deals and help homeowners out of difficult situations
What We Offer
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer:
- High commission: Earn 20% of the profit from each deal you close
- Supportive environment: Comprehensive 3-day onboarding training program, followed by live group calls and continuous sales training
- Long-term growth: After closing 3 deals, you'll have the opportunity to earn a base salary of $2,500 per month plus 5% of the profit from each deal

Qualifications
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in real estate or sales (an advantage, but not required)
- Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine desire to help people and make a positive impact
