As a Licensed Customer Service Representative (LCSR), you'll play a vital role in educating customers about our premier pet insurance policies, tailoring coverage plans to suit their unique needs, and providing outstanding support to pet owners.
Your Mission:
- Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers and utilize a consultative approach to understand their unique needs and tailor insurance solutions accordingly.
- Present the value of our pet insurance policies, emphasizing the benefits they offer, and effectively overcome objections and concerns with confidence and empathy.
- Accurately enroll pets in policies, ensuring all necessary information is collected and documented, and meet and exceed enrollment targets and objectives.
- Develop a working knowledge of insurance and operate as an expert on Chewy's pet health insurance plans, providing exceptional customer service and support to pet owners.
Requirements:
- Active Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state, with the ability to obtain non-residence licensure in all 50 US states.
- 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales-based role, with a strong customer service background and excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, and a proven track record of quality, productivity, and understanding customers' needs.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role, with proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
