Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update customer information, ensuring all data is current and accurate.
- Assist with the input of financial and accounting data related to ticket sales, revenue, and expenses.
- Verify the accuracy of records before entry and correct any errors or discrepancies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate transfer of data between systems.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data security and privacy guidelines.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and data analysis as required by the airline's management team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant education or training in data entry or computer-related fields is desirable.
- Proficiency in typing and data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computer programs and data entry software; knowledge of airline reservation systems (e.g., Sabre, Amadeus) is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
