Position Overview: Job Title: HR Specialist (Project Hire) Location: Remote Start Date: Immediate openings available Compensation: Competitive salary range ($58,700.00 - $78,600.00 per year) with bonus and long-term incentive units Company: The Walt Disney Company About the Role and Team: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Specialist to join our Human Resources team, supporting Marvel Studios Live Action, Animation, and Publishing. As a key member of our team, you will provide expert advice to employees and clients on HR policies, processes, and practices, and serve as the primary point of contact for client-related questions and business issues. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, timely, and professional client service, ensuring seamless follow-through and resolution of HR-related matters Establish and maintain strong cross-functional relationships with HR functional partners and stakeholders Administer HR-related policies and procedures, including position management, job management, and local recognition programs Maintain accurate org charts, document area practices and protocols, and stay current on changes to HR policies and processes Coordinate onboarding and off-boarding activities, headcount reconciliation, and provide support to projects as needed Required Qualifications and Skills: Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR or customer/client-facing professional role Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HR systems (Workday) Solid knowledge of HR policies, processes, and practices, with ability to adapt to changing priorities and client needs Strong communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills, with ability to develop strong relationships at all levels Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience What We Offer: A competitive salary, bonus, and long-term incentive units, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, financial, and other benefits.
