Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team of Clinicians (Tutors) at our Lindamood-Bell Learning Center in Deerfield, IL. As a Clinician, you will have the opportunity to make a profound impact on the lives of students of all ages, helping them to reach their full potential in reading and comprehension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-to-one and small group instruction, implementing specific lesson plans under the direction of Learning Center leadership
- Facilitate the use of our proprietary curriculum for Lindamood-Bell Academy students
- Interact positively and professionally with clients and staff to create a safe and supportive learning environment
- Manage client records electronically using a computer
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or Associate's degree, Early Childhood Education certificate, or actively pursuing a degree
- Excellent reading, spelling, and comprehension skills
- Basic computer skills and ability to type notes about student performance
- Passion for helping others reach their potential
