Job Details: Hiring Organization: Starbucks Post Name: Accounting Analysis Manager Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Industry: Private Employment Type: Part-Time Work Hours: 8 hours Salary: $24/hour Locations: Seattle, USA About This Job: As an Accounting Analysis Manager in Financial Reporting, you will play a critical role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to build data, manage preparation of financial statements, and develop the financial story for quarterly and annual financial reporting. You will work closely with teams and leaders throughout the organization to create external financial reports used by analysts and investors globally. Your key responsibilities will include: Collaborating with different teams to prepare financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements Leading and influencing cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment Providing expertise on accounting and reporting implications of new or proposed transactions and recommending solutions Developing and supporting the growth of team members through training, coaching, and mentoring Driving continuous improvement in processes, systems, and internal controls affecting financial reporting We're Looking for: Highly motivated and experienced professionals with: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3+ years of relevant experience in performing complex accounting activities in a high-growth environment Experience in creating, interpreting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures Public accounting experience and CPA certification preferred Our Commitment to Diversity and Inclusion: Starbucks is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace that reflects the communities we serve.
