Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain and manage schedules from clinicians on a weekly basis
- Enter patient frequency and duration data into our database
- Coordinate employee schedules to maintain optimal productivity
- Collaborate with clinicians to determine patient assignments and caseloads
- Communicate with patients regarding scheduled visits and provide excellent customer service
- Track lab results, fax information to clinicians, and update patient records
- Coordinate on-call information and ensure consistent weekend coverage
