We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant to provide administrative support to our Vice Presidents of Publicity and contribute to the success of our department.
As an Assistant, Publicity, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of tasks, including:
- Providing administrative support to Vice Presidents, including scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reports
- Assisting with departmental tasks, such as organizing press mailers, booking meeting rooms, and maintaining status reports
- Coordinating logistics for events, including press RSVPs and guest check-in
- Drafting itineraries, proofing press materials, and updating fact sheets
- Building and maintaining relationships with media personnel, talent, and their representatives
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1+ years of administrative experience in the entertainment industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe, with a strong understanding of social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
