This is a brand-new permanent position that is integral to the continued growth of this global business. This is an opportunity for driven recruitment consultant to take the lead on internal recruitment for a global brand. Working in a busy team based in Leicestershire you will be attracting and recruiting talent across the region and UK . As an internal recruiter you will take ownership and responsibility for all internal recruitment activity across the business within your specialist division. You will be partnering with stakeholders, working closely with the Senior Management team to establish recruitment needs. You should have a natural ability to quickly build rapport with internal... stakeholders and external candidates. You will be experienced recruitment consultant and confident in candidate attraction, search and selection and networking of quality candidates to introduce to the business via headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, job advertising and CV sourcing. You must be comfortable conducting initial telephone screens/interviews to assess candidate suitability. Dealing with candidate feedback and always striving to improve the candidate experience is crucial to the role and maintaining the candidate relationship long term for future roles. This internal recruitment role focus is generating the right candidates, in multiple locations within the business and building & managing long term relationships with them. Reporting to the Director lead on site, you will take ownership of recruitment for multiple sites, being the go-to internal recruitment consultant for your specialism. Skills required Previous recruitment agency experience is required for this role-any sector background and level of experience .This would suit a recruitment consultant who loves being busy, spinning many plates but not feeling any pressure of revenue targets/KPIs and sales calls. Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities and work at pace is essential.
