Key Responsibilities • Partner with business administrators and accountants to ensure precise financial transaction documentation. • Oversee the workflow of accounts payable and receivable across diverse business lines. • Provide analytical insights regarding collections and expenditures to the leadership team. • Collaborate with operations leadership to create and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for our business processes. Required Skills • Proficiency in QuickBooks is essential. • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a CPA capacity is required. • A mature and responsible demeanor, capable of managing tasks with high precision across multiple business lines. • Strong organizational skills and a collaborative mindset. Qualifications • Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
