Guide potential candidates through the entire recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience and completion of all necessary steps. 5. Ensure compliance with legal and internal recruitment standards. Skills and Qualifications: 1. Proven recruitment experience in a multilingual environment. 2. Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities. 3. Proficiency in French at a professional level is mandatory, with equally strong proficiency in English. 4. Independent work capability, coupled with keen attention to detail and outstanding organizational skills. 5. Familiarity with the intricacies of recruitment processes, particularly in the French-speaking regions. 6. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
