In this pivotal role, you will oversee the customer billing process, assist with vendor payments, and support the Controller and Accounting Team in month-end close activities and other vital accounting functions. Key Responsibilities ? Generate and submit daily invoices for Fresh and Frozen Seafood orders. ? Process invoices through customer portals for seamless transactions. ? Reconcile purchase orders with vendor invoices, ensuring accurate receipt of goods and payment amounts, while addressing any discrepancies with buyers. ? Collaborate with the Sales Management team on invoiced gross margin reports. ? Manage customer credit and billback processes. ? Assist in organizing and entering Accounts Payable (A/P) bills as necessary. ? Ensure all discretionary invoices receive approval from department managers. ? Maintain comprehensive vendor records and filing systems. ? Assist in reconciling storage bills to inventory before payments are processed. ? Contribute to various special projects as assigned. ? Process customer sales orders for billing upon receipt of shipping documentation. ? Play a crucial role in the month-end close process for accounting. Required Skills ?
